Experiments

Experiments

The public-facing record of what I am building, testing, and learning as an engineer + founder.

Experiments is where the work becomes legible.

Some of these experiments are product ideas. Some are systems for publishing, distribution, and audience growth. Some are technical explorations that sharpen how I build. A few will become companies. Most will become lessons.

This page is not a polished portfolio and it is not a promise that every idea will turn into a startup. It is a public operating surface: a place to track what is active, what is being tested, and what is worth paying attention to.

I care about experiments that do at least one of three things:

  • improve leverage
  • create new products
  • reveal something true about users, systems, or markets

What you will find here:

  • active product and media experiments
  • short notes on what I am testing
  • links to essays and product updates that emerged from the work

What you will not find here:

  • vanity shipping logs
  • performative “building in public”
  • over-documented dead ends

The goal is not constant visibility. The goal is useful visibility.

If you want the deeper version of the work, subscribe to the newsletter. Paid members get the more detailed operating notes behind what is changing, why it matters, and what may become the next company.
